All content, branding, design, and software within The Red Thread app and website is the property of The Red Thread and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute any part of the service without express written permission.

3. User-Generated Content

Content you create within the app — including plans, memories, and activity threads — remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

• Content must not infringe any third-party rights
• We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Red Thread shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
